MHCP = mental health care plan
’Other’ refers to psychologist with 10+ years’ experience, that does not include clinical psychology (e.g. counselling/neuro/professional psychologist)
Senior clinical psychologist refers to psychologist with ~10+ years experience and additional qualifications (e.g. PhD; further EMDR, psychoanalysis, or psychodynamic training)
Mental health care plans can be arranged through your GP and attract an immediate rebate of $149.05 (clinical psychology) or $101.55 (general psychology including neuropsychology). Please bring it to session to claim the Medicare rebate at time of consultation. Private Health Care Rebates (HICAPS) & Eftpos facilities may be available depending on your cover. Inner Focus Psychology is a private-billing practice only and cannot offer bulk-billing at this time. Concession rates may be available for financial hardship.
